There are four personalized health programs available for guests to choose from, each ranging from four to 21 days. These programs will be led by experienced professionals in various areas of health and wellness, including Rebalance & Reenergize, Detox & Optimal Weight, Well-Aging & Prevention, and Leader’s Performance. They have been specifically curated to cater to guests’ individual needs and goals through nine key disciplines: Healthy nutrition, preventive and well-aging practices, holistic medicine, cognitive stimulation, advanced diagnostic techniques, inner balance and well-being, physical performance training, and the healthy living academy. Together, these disciplines make up what is known as the SHA Method at our Spanish outpost.

SHA Mexico is located in the Mexican Caribbean off the coast of one of the world’s largest coral reefs. The clinic was designed by Mexican architect Sordo Madaleno and interior designer Alejandro Escudero. With an organic, sustainable and contemporary feel, the building blends the indoors with the outdoors.

In addition to 35 residences, the complex will have 100 oceanfront rooms and suites with private balconies and rain showers. There are medical consultation rooms, mind and body rooms, fitness studios, yoga and meditation sanctuaries, a spa, and hydrotherapy circuits at the wellness clinic.
