Our team meticulously arranges all these details to perfection, allowing you to unwind and fully savor your time away with complete peace of mind.

2: The Luxury Embark will send you HILTON IMPRESARIO rates and property-specific benefits.
3: The Luxury Embark will send you a Credit Card Authorization form & request your travel preferences.
4: Review your confirmation for accuracy, and let us know if any changes need to be made.
The Luxury Embark offers complimentary hotel bookings for hotel or resort stays of $500 USD or more per reservation. For those stays that do not meet the minimum spend, we charge a non-refundable booking fee of $50 USD per reservation, at our discretion.
The Luxury Embark Hotel Only Booking service is best for clients looking to take advantage of our preferred partnerships at participating hotels and resort. Please note that this service does not include research, hotel or price comparisons, or concierge type reservations.
With our complimentary hotel bookings, that meet the eligible spend requirement, we allow one price adjustment or change to the reservation. Any additional changes or price adjustments will be subject to a $50 non-refundable booking/service fee.
