Veya, Banyan Tree’s wellness offshoot, is set to open its second location, marking its inaugural presence in the Americas. Located just 90 minutes from the U.S. border in Baja California’s Valle de Guadalupe, this 30-villa hotel, each featuring a private plunge pool, is masterfully designed by Mexican architect Michel Rojkind, with interiors crafted by Arquitectura. The result is a design that exudes smooth sophistication, yet remains true to its natural surroundings. Encompassing sixteen acres of grounds adorned with Grenache vineyards, botanical gardens, and rolling hills, the ambiance calls for pure serenity. However, the true highlight is the spa, offering the best in Mexican wellness, including desert spring hydrotherapy and traditional temazcal experiences.

Located on Paseo de la Reforma avenue in the Polanco neighborhood, the Park Hyatt mixed-use development adds new accommodation, housing and offices to the existing Hyatt Regency Hotel in this important area undergoing constant economic and tourism growth. The development’s close understanding of the site, of the different styles and periods of the urban surroundings, its multi-cultural character and its evolution mean that Park Hyatt emerges as a timeless architectural proposal that also recalls buildings constructed in Mexico in the 1970s.

Soho House Mexico City

Situated in the heart of Colonia Juárez in a Baroque-inspired casa, the House is our first location in Latin America

Set in a historic building with French influences, Soho House Mexico City features several bars, including a tequila bar, and restaurants in the main casa and the Pool House, which overlooks our largest pool in the Americas. The interiors reflect the House’s Mexican influences with locally made custom furniture, and an art collection with pieces from emerging and established artists born, based or trained in the region. 

Polanco 10 is a new luxury-suite hotel in Polanco, the most sought-after location within Mexico City, close to all the important museums, restaurants, and the famous Chapultepec Park. An exclusive hotel with only 31 suites, ranging in size from 550 to 1,100 sq. ft.The hotel is also the home of Brasserie Dix a fine dining experience!

5. Grand Velas Boutique, Los Cabos

In January 2024, the Grand Velas Boutique Los Cabos will join the Preferred Hotel Group’s Legend Collection. This exclusive adults-only resort presents 79 suites with private plunge pools and ocean-view terraces. Guests can indulge in two all-inclusive restaurants, a comprehensive spa and wellness center, and a daily program featuring activities like cooking classes and tequila tastings. The resort also offers event and meeting spaces. Notably, the boutique property shares amenities with its sister property, the Grand Velas Los Cabos, which opened in November 2023.

The St. Regis Los Cabos at Quivira will unveil an exclusive luxury beachfront hotel on the southern shore of the peninsula featuring 120 rooms and 60 residences, nestled within the premier residential community of Quivira Los Cabos. Yet another addition to Los Cabos, but with a unique twist, this offering is situated in the surfing hipster haven of Todos Santos, diverging from the all-inclusive resort scene around Cabo San Lucas. Visit to leisurely wander through the slightly dusty, unhurried town, providing a refreshingly authentic Mexican experience in contrast to much of the region to the south.

Featuring only 10 rooms, each individually designed and adorned with a custom mural by artist Neftali Espino, the intention is to narrate the story of the peninsula.
