We have broken down the planning process below in 5 easy steps. However, we are here to personalize your travel experience and are happy to customize the process below to meet your specific preferences.

DISCOVER

Please fill out our client intake form HERE. We always start with a complimentary discovery session to get to know each other. In this phase, we learn about your past travel experiences, your travel wish lists, hobbies, likes/dislikes and more about the vision for your upcoming trip. We will also discuss how we will work together moving forward and review The Luxury Embark™ design fees.

DESIGN

The Luxury Embark™ utilizes the details you provide to craft a personalized proposal, drawing upon our travel knowledge and network for your upcoming journey. We create a unique itinerary, leveraging exclusive perks and experiences not readily available online. Throughout this process, your level of involvement can be tailored to your preference – whether you prefer to be highly engaged or take a more hands-off approach. This is where our travel expertise and connections come into play, curating an extraordinary itinerary just for you.

CONNECT

When your itinerary design has been perfected and finalized with your cooperation, we will start working on bookings and securing reservations. We’ll keep you excited until departure by sending you a few fun surprises along the way. We’ll also be working behind the scenes with our partners to secure perks like special requests, upgrades, and amenities. We will remain engaged with you and join you in the anticipation of your upcoming trip!

What we enjoy most is getting to know you on a personal level to make personalized recommendations. We are a full-service luxury travel agency and can help you with hotels, tours, villa rentals, yachts, flights, private aviation, destination weddings, and so much more! From Manhattan to sipping coconuts on a Maldivian beach, we can help curate your bespoke travel needs.

What types of trips do you book?

We book all sorts of trips, be it family vacations, multi-generational trips, honeymoons, babymoons, weekend getaways, girls’ getaway, special occasion trips, such as retirements, anniversaries, birthdays, and more.

Do I need to live in the US to be a client of The Luxury Embark?

No, you do not need to live in the US to be a client of Luxury Embark. As a Global Luxury Travel Advisor and Consultant, we have many international clients.

Is there a fee to work with you?

Luxury Hotel Reservations: Luxury hotel bookings (Virtuoso, Four Seasons, Rosewood, etc.) are complimentary.

Trip planning fees: We charge a design fee for trips that require more than a simple hotel booking. Design feels help us cover the time we invest in curating your perfect trip and our clients find that our design fees are lower than the added value we consistently provided through our expertise, amenities, and unforgettable experiences.

Our fee will be stated at the beginning of the trip planning during our discovery call and are non-refundable.
